Refund Policy

1. Overview

At RankBotix, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our subscription plans.

2. Free Trial

All paid plans include a free trial period. During the trial, you can explore the full features of your selected plan at no charge. No payment is required to start a trial, and you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial period ends.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or any renewal payment. Refund requests made after the 7-day window will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date. After this period, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining months of the subscription. No refunds will be issued after 90 days from the purchase date.

3.3 Free Plan

The Starter (Free) plan does not involve any charges and is therefore not eligible for refunds.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Log in to your RankBotix account.
  2. Navigate to Settings → Billing.
  3. Click “Request Refund” or contact our support team.
  4. Provide your reason for the refund request (optional but appreciated).

Alternatively, you can email billing@rankbotix.com with your account email and the reason for your request.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • All refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment processor.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Partial months of service on monthly plans (after the 7-day window).
  • Add-on services or one-time purchases that have been fully delivered.
  • Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
  • Currency exchange fees or bank processing fees.

7. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
  • You retain access to all features until the subscription expires.
  • No automatic refund is issued upon cancellation.

8. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error or you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, please contact us at billing@rankbotix.com before filing a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
