1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RankBotix (“the Service”), operated by RankBotix Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

RankBotix is an AI-powered SEO platform that provides keyword research, content optimization, rank tracking, competitor analysis, and technical SEO auditing tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with various plan tiers.

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Plans

We offer Starter (Free), Pro, and Agency subscription plans. Features and limits vary by plan and are detailed on our pricing page.

4.2 Billing

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will apply at your next billing cycle. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

4.4 Taxes

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. We will collect tax where legally required.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for paid plans. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial expires. You will not be charged during the trial period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
  • Use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Service beyond intended use.
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.
  • Use the Service to generate spam, misleading, or harmful content.
  • Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated or scripted access.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our IP

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of RankBotix Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create using our Service. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

8. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy and quality, you are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, unique, or suitable for any specific purpose.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, the Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.

10. Cancellation and Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms with written notice.
  • Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RANKBOTIX INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RankBotix Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
